Bringing in Fossa into our regular line of brands we stock means the introduction of two new cacao origins, Indonesia and the Phillipines. It also means we can now offer an extremely nice selection of chocolate bars with tea.
At Fossa Chocolate, chocolates and confections are made that are truly handcrafted from scratch in their workshop in Singapore.
They roast, crack and winnow cacao beans and refine them into chocolate which are moulded into bars and individually packaged by hand. The process is time consuming but rewarding. By carefully handcrafting in small batches with no additives, the Fossa team is able to showcase the unique flavours and nuances of each batches of cacao.
