Fjelltur – ‘The Mountain trip’
Fjåk’s limited edition bar for Easter, is a tribute to the common Norwegian Easter tradition – a trip to the mountains (with or without skis) with fresh oranges and milk chocolate in the backpack.

Orange is, traditionally, in Norway an Easter fruit as in the old times the sweetest oranges arrived to Norway around late winter. A fun fact: the statistics show that every Norwegian will eat through 25 oranges each during the Easter holidays!

The Hispaniola cacao beans, Oko Caribe , are harvested in the Dominican Republic, they are among the best cacao in the World. Oko Caribe has close relationships with all the farmers through technical training, agronomic practices and other social relations.
