Once a year, for Valentine’s Day, Dick Taylor make the ever-coveted treat; ‘Chocolate Dipped Strawberries’ to sell to theirlocal customers. This year theye thought it would be fun to turn it into a chocolate bar for everyone to enjoy! We are not exaggerating when we say it tastes JUST like the real thing. This bar has two delicious layers starting with their 72% Belize single origin dark chocolate. The other layer is a Peruvian white chocolate, made with Alexandre Family Farm A2/A2 whole milk and freeze-dried strawberries. The strawberry white chocolate is fruity, creamy and sweet with the perfect level of tartness to round it out.

What is A2/A2 milk?
“Traditionally, cows produced milk with A2/A2 beta-casein protein. Over time, a mutated A1 gene worked its way into dairy cattle. Cows today produce a combination of A1 and A2 proteins, creating a type of milk that is relatively new to the human body and may be more difficult to digest. We choose cows that while roaming our pastures only make A2/A2 milk. It’s most natural to the body and easily absorbed. You can trust that our milk is always 100% pure A2/A2. Among the pioneers of the craft bean-to-bar chocolate in the USA, Adam Dick and Dustin Taylor founded Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate in 2010. They use traditional techniques, classic machinery and produce an authentic taste. This is the goal of the micro factory located in Eureka, California.
