Simple chocolate fudge recipe (vegan)

This is a super simple recipe to make delicious chocolate fudge!

Ingredients:
* 200 gram Couverture 71% dark Sao Tomé
* 200 gram condensed coconut milk (or oat milk) I used the brand Nature’s Charm
* cacaonibs

Method:
Add the condensed coconut milk and chocolate together in a small saucepan. Put it on a medium high heat and stir until the chocolate is melted and it’s combined with the condensed coconut milk.
Pour it into a small baking tin lined with baking paper.
Sprinkle a handfull of cacaonibs on top (alternatively you could use hazelnuts!).
Let it cool in the fridge for about 3 hours.

Slice it into 8 pieces (depends on how big of a piece you want) and enjoy!
